I'm on the phone with Continental as I type this. Thanks for the heads up. I'm in N class this Saturday, First is 10/16 booked and six people have already been upgraded. I'm platinum and should be on that list. I'll edit this post with an update as to whether they will be able to make me eligible for elite miles or an upgrade. If they can't, it's only a 2000 mile RT journey, so not a big deal if I get no credit or upgrade.

Edit: They had no clue whatsoever. I spoke with a customer service supervisor and they also had no clue whatsoever. Looks like no EUA or EQM for me this time around, thank goodness it's such an insignificant flight.
