I too remain unconvinced about this property.
Never been upgraded.
Long walks to the room down hallways that seem like endless runways.
The bed was uncomfortable (hard as cement) too.
Perhaps that has changed.
Did appreciate the welcome ammenity and welcome note even though it was not something I wanted.
They did call me one morning in New York to apologize to tell me the pool would be closed during my stay.
I thought for sure on that stay they might upgrade but once again Nothing..........
Have switched my last few stays to the Marriott next door.
Like the lobby much better and the superior health club.The Marriott Executive club lounge was ok nothing special.

Would return to the Sheraton if they honored the programs upgrade procedures more fully and got a more up to date modern health club/facility.
Perhaps the rooms have improved with the new Sleigh Beds.........
