Good for you. Do you believe poor people shouldn't fly because they can only afford airline tickets and tight connections rather than staying an extra day or two, or forking out for absurd roaming charges, just so they can check their assignments routinely?

Just because something happens all the time doesn't make the current response to it acceptable. Take the situation with lost/damaged/stolen bags at airports, happens all the time with no real ramifications for those responsible.

The airline (accidentally or purposefully) made it a problem with the entire cabin, strangers and family alike.
