ICN is a great airport - one of the best... 6 hrs will fly by and you'll be back onboard.

There is also a day hotel inside the terminal too, nice clean room with a nice little restaurant where I have enjoyed many a good meal whilst on a 12 hr layover from JFK-SYD.
