in my opinion flying CZ PVG-CAN is a lot better than flying US/AA/UA and so on in Y on a flight of the same distance....ok so the chinese airports might be annoying with delays from time to time, but the bags are free and you get a delicious meal of rice and some strange meat....i don't get that when i fly UA and have to pay for everything....and i most often have some grouchy old woman serving me a drink and nothing else......these ratings might be a bit flawed - hainan's not top-of-the-world - but the chinese airlines don't suck either
