As a 1K, I know from experience that UA treats me well in IRROPS, even when due to weather. I'm now flying CO for the first time this weekend, and wonder if I'll get the same treatment, e.g. hotels, transport, rebooking/rerouting.

There's a travel waiver on the CO website for Texas, but it only lets me rebook for free if I travel before 11FEB. This is not possible so I'm gonna try and fly but I anticipate potential cancellations/missed connections en route to MXP. My trip also involves two separate tickets.

If this was all on UA, I wouldn't be worried, but with CO, I wonder if I'll end up stranded somewhere. Any 1Ks out there with experience on CO with weather delays?
