Yep, that's caused by NH coding the flight as 777, which is NH's way of saying old config 77W. New config 777-300 ER's are 77W, old config's are in the timetable as 777. 777-200 ER's are in as 772.

Nobody knows (yet). NH has only posted JFK, FRA, and LHR. LAX, or SFO are likely the next two cities.
