Yes, it's easy to reach the hotel. Your best bet is to travel by train to Pratteln train station. From there you can either take the shuttle bus to the hotel/to Aqua Basilea or to walk about eight minutes.

The public transport system in Basel (and in many other cities) work with zones where you buy tickets for a certain time. Basle Airport is one zone, Basel is one and Pratteln-Basel is another. So, you probably want to buy a "one way" (i.e. a two hour ticket with unlimited rides) from Basel Airport to Pratteln. Later on, between Pratteln and Basel, you may better buy 24 hour tickets. Both of them are valid for tram, bus, train, boat...
