And type "Chatt" in the field
You'll get to chat with their customer service, and they can sort out your online profile.
I did finally manage to login.
Then got stuck in the endless loop mentioned above.
If you end up having to chat with CS, why the runaround with all the useless links and dead ends claiming to let you register missing points?
