First I wanted to clear up why I posted a Wyndham review here on our beloved SPG board. On this trip the Sheraton Airport hotel was something like $200/night and many of us don't have budgets like that. Seeing as so many of us still would like the best quality property we can find I figured this review would be of benefit so that you could still have a decent airport location. If any *wood property was close enough on price I would of course take them but this was a great fall back to have.

As I was getting ready to leave my hotel room I noticed the folio under my door had 5 phone charges which I had indeed called. WBR is supposed to have free local calls so I picked up the phone and my great new friend Stella answered. I asked about the phone calls and she pulled up my room and said that these had been removed this morning and if I would like I could pick up a new folio on my way out. When I got to the desk she handed me my new copy without even having to ask my name.

On Thursday night I spoke to the general manager and let him know how impressed I was with the service and the positive attitudes of the staff. He was very pleased to hear this and thanked me for my business and feedback.

BTW, free parking as well on a $99 rate.

Just remember I still love Starwood.
