As others have mentioned the shower is great. After a long flight, particularly an overnight one, and after going through immigration/customs, I am dying for a shower. I don't want to wait to get to my hotel to have it, I just want a shower and a shave NOW. Speaking of hotels, sometimes it's a place to kill time while waiting to check into yours. And the internet access and snacks/drinks are certainly nice too.
