Well, yes it is a buffet, but you can still order eggs or some other things on their breakfast menu. I got a cheese & salmon omelet.
I presumed it was a tribute to past guests during the hotel's glory days, but could be wrong
What I was told is that there was a tribute for Ozzie going on in several hotels & restaurants in West Hollywood. So they were part of it. In the mezzanine they had lots of pictures of him, some of them from his early years.
I'm not a big fan of Ozzie, but he doesn't bother me, either. Just thought on mentioning it =)
