Hi, OP here.... I find it interesting that your take on this was exactly the opposite of my own. Perhaps it has something to do with the newly renovated KLM cabin, but I found their version spacious, quiet, vibration free, and just downright comfy, esp. for coach. That said, I was in their "extra legroom" section of coach, but nonetheless I enjoyed the ride. Especially the large windows, near vertical walls, etc, but the other reasons mentioned as well. I would gladly ride one again.
