For those who have stayed at Portrait Suites and felt it was a good value, how much were you paying relative to other higher-end hotels, such as the Russie?

For next winter, I'm being quoted for Portrait Suites 530 EUR for a 344 sq. ft. Superior Studio or 750 EUR for a 431 sq. ft. Deluxe Studio. By contrast, the Russie works out to 636 EUR for a 432 sq. ft. Deluxe Room. (All Virtuoso, and plus tax.)

For those who are familiar with Portrait Suites and feel it presents a good value, are these prices in line with what you would consider a "good value"? (I'm wondering if the hotel's popularity has gone up, diminishing any particular value advantage it held before.)
