oneworld Latin America trip: help with itinerary
I am going on a business trip to visit various universities throughout Latin America sometime late March / early April. I know what cities I need to get to but I do not know what the most efficient order would be to travel the entire trip on oneworld carriers (to get my miles, of course).
From BOS, I need to go to (in geographical order):
- [possibly] Monterrey, MX (MTY)
- Mexico City (MEX)
- Panama City (PTY)
- Bogota (BOG)
- Lima (LIM)
- Sao Paulo (GRU) / Campinas (VCP) (or via car/train?)
- Santiago (SCL)
- Mendoza (MDZ)
- Buenos Aires (EZE)
I thought the most logical plan would be to visit each city in order from North to South (or reverse) yet a multi-city search had me making a lot of connections in MIA.
Help? Would it be best to get a multi-trip ticket? Separate one-ways? Several round trips? I'm a tiny bit clueless as to how to go about planning this massive trip. Thanks so much.
