Yes, this didn't used to be an option. It was only a few years ago that WN started flying to DEN.

There's your answer as to why the US schedule is reduced. They'd rather direct those hub flights to more lucrative, captive markets.

Same thing happened on the DEN-PHX route. US used to have at least double the number of flights on that route that they have today.
