The only places I know of in Manhattan that are well connected inside are:
  • GCT, from 42nd to the far end of the concourse (47th??)
  • World Financial Center (above ground)
  • The concourse area at Rockefeller Center
  • A couple buildings in lower Manhattan via a subway station (Fulton on the 4/5, maybe??).

Otherwise we expect that folks will take the subways or deal with walking outside.
