I left something at the Sheraton in Montreal earlier this year. The item was despatched within a short time. I was particularly impressed because the item was PJ bottoms and the housekeeper had inadvertently taken them from the room when she had cleaned it. The hotel managed to find the bottoms and post them, at their expense, within a reasonable time frame.
