They never mailed it yesterday as I suspected. Now they are saying it has been mailed this morning. I had a friend drop by the Hotel and verify it. Hope I get it tomorrow before I leave.

I just wish they would be more upfront about what it is they can really do rather than make promises they cannot keep.
