I was at my local Esso gas station a couple of days ago and noticed an employee swiping his own AP card after a custumer said he didn't have a card. Is this legal? I have to pay to earn my points, why would someone in this situation be allowed to grab free points? If it is illegal, who should I contact to report this, Esso or AP?
