I don't know what my chkg acct is called (there's no title) but it's Chase chkg linked with CO debit card. I just reveiwed my last statement and there's nothing about any changes. I swipe at least 5 times and avoid any monthly fee. I guess I don't have the "premier" chkg? GOOD! BTW, I guess if you have the "premier," then, maybe it's time to re-consider. I know Chase just recently announced a similar policy to the former WaMu checking customers who had the "Free Checking" accounts. I closed that account. I just checked my current Chase checking account on line, and clicked on "account notices" and absolutely no notices have been posted for my account the LAST TWO YEARS. So, I think that I'm safe from these new changes. I like Chase but, yeah, you gotta keep abreast on these changes. Chase has been exceptional in keeping its CO credit card consumers happy with the retro miles (see the CO 50K thread)---I'm very impressed.
