There was supposed to be a snow storm last night. I woke up and looked out of the window, but there was no snow falling down. The snow must have stopped. The parking lot had already been plowed, so I couldn't tell how much snow we got.

I walked toward my car in the parking lot, didn't see any snow on the roof of my car from far away, but it didn't ring me anything at that time. When I was right next to my car, I saw there was about 10 inch of snow on the ground between my car and the car next to mine, where the snow couldn't be plowed. At that time did I realize there was a snow storm last night, and HGI swept the snow/ice off my car in the morning. How nice was it. It did not happen to me before in any other hotel I stayed.

Kudos to the HGI staffs. It was very nice of you.
