Here is the list with the official prices

Start with 6.50
If you call/order the taxi 2.80
Each kilometer 4.30 --> ~ 20 x 4.30 = ~ 86.00
Total ~ 90 - 100 CHF

The hotel assumes the price should be around 85 CHF

I strongly advise you to take the public transport which is really easy or to ask the taxi for a fixed price (e.g. 70 CHF).

And last but not least, you may order the (hotel's?) airport shuttle bus at a cost of 35 CHF per way.

The latter solution might be the most suitable in your case @:-)
