If dinosaurs used toilet paper, how big did the toilet paper holder have to be and what was holding it up?

And perhaps when Dino gave the roll a little too hard of a twirl, it created a storm that caused temperatures to fall, which led to the ice age, which caused the dinosaurs extinction.
