They talked about how people complained about some of the 5 star airlines and how those people have never set foot on a flight with the airline.

Although I didn't comment on Skytrax, I fly HU when I have to, so I'm well prepared to stand by the "less than 5 stars" position. The fact that their biz class to YYZ is much cheaper than AC and probably better matters not cuz we're only talking about 1% of their flights (and 0.1% of their pax).
