They would not let us switch my wife's PPE to anything whatsoever. (But they did offer 4x points for the first three months which kept us interested).
By under the no annual fee scenario, do you mean a PPE w/ no fee or a PP?
If a PPE, then you should just hold onto it as it won't have an annual fee (at least the first year of conversion).
if a pp, there's not much they are willing to do for you.
