Yes. I have completed the survey a couple of times. The survey asks if you have stayed at any of the listed hotels and to rate it in a number of categories. If I recall correctly, you are asked to rate the hotel, but not in comparison to other hotels. So if readers have not stayed at the St. Regis Rome during the past year but have patronized the Westin Rome, then theoretically the St. Regis could fall off the list. Not because the St. Regis is not as nice of a hotel as the Westin, but just because (for whatever reasons such as pricing) not as many readers have stayed there.
