Wait - $9.50 for a school lunch? When my boys spend that much on one lunch, it's because they are going back for seconds. And thirds. And extras. I'm dumbfounded by that price.



And as to why that can't be served in-flight, doesn't it have something to do with what food tastes like in a pressurized environment?
