I guess I just have more trust in the internet (where I type in my order) vs. the phone (where I have to rely on someone writing down my order and I can't see it).
50% of the time I have to send the room service runner back because they forgot something that 75% of the time wasn't typed into the system (i.e. mayo for my fries, an extra silverware set up, change in side dishes, etc.)
