I like the idea as well as the room service and turn down time requests.

I would also like in the confirmation the estimated time (might go to the lounge and have a cold one if I have time).

I was disappointed when trying to plan a family beach vacation next year because I wanted it at Bal Harour. Couldn't get the free flights to FLL or MIA. Got my second choice at the Westin Hilton Head. I will plan further out next time.
