Our flight from MEM into MSP last night was already over an hour late with a lot of people hoping to make connections. After we pulled up, seatbelt sign off, and everyone standing in aisles ready to deplane, we're told that they'd been directed to pull up too far because the ground dude couldn't see all the lines in the snow so we had to wait for a tug to push us back far enough for the jetbridge to reach us.
