Snackbox for Pax in Y, none for F?
I was flying STL-DEN on Thursday night. On past flights, I have always gotten a snack box in F. I'm never exactly looking forward to it, but it's a quick snack.
After take-off, when the FA was prepping his galley, I saw a passenger from Y come up to him. He gave the passenger one of the Explus F snack boxes, and the passenger took it to his seat in Y.
When the FA came around with drink orders, he just held the tray in front of me (and did the same with the other pax), and stood there, without saying a word, until you took your plastic cup, the can and a bag of pretzels.
Later on, the other FA passed by, and asked if someone needed more pretzels or another drink.
I assume that implied we were not getting a snackbox.
I was going to inquire about the issue, but decided not to.
I figured if the FA just stood there with his hands in his pockets and didn't acknowledge me when I greeted him upon entering the plane, he certainly wasn't going to give me a legitimate answer.
The Y passenger, I learned, was one of their FAs. I guess I need to work for Gojet if I want to get decent service on their flights...
