I've stayed at the Villas many times and lovce them. You can rent them thru the hotel or save alot of Money and go direct thru the Owners Association.

If you go thru the hotel you use Kapalua Bay facilities. If you go thru the owners association you use the Ritz Carlton facilities.

Of course no Starwood points thru the owners.

I like Ocean View NOT Ocean front. Being high on the hill gives a great view of Ocean & Maui.
