I guess this is somewhat related to Starwood, since the privately-owned and rented Kapalua Bay Villas share facilties with the Kapalua Bay Hotel (Starwood Luxury Collection) and the Ritz-Carlton Maui.

My question: Has anyone out here rented any of the Kapalua Bay Villas? Any comments / suggestions / dos and don'ts? They seem to be good value to me -- $299 per night for a 2BR 2BA, shared hotel facilities, etc.
