I am an American planning on going to Cairo then taking the train to Luxor in May. Right now I am planning on NOT going because of everything thats going on over there. I did buy some plane tickets from Istanbul to CAI and LXR to DXB. I heard the US gov't is refunding people who paid for trips to Egypt. What would you do if you were in my situation? Wait it out and see what happens or cancel?
