No. I was in this situation last week at LAX. I politely asked at the President's Club desk and the two nice ladies there told me they get this question a lot but the answer was no. They even thanked me profusely for asking and not demanding to be let in like most people (to which I thought a nice gesture would have been to let me in, but no dice!). I'm not sure what that says about the average platinum/centurion card holder...
