Good to know it has been "fixed". Worked out fine in the end since it was resolved with a lot of checking and consultation with the "back room" on their part.

An excellent hotel otherwise and highly recommended for its location and service.

I am surprised the hotel received the reservations a week before the check-in if that is how they had the old status with them. I had never stayed there before for them to have had that status from previously.
