So, I called AA award reservation agent with the available dates for my travel (found in Alaska Airlines). The agent told me that there is no availability on those dates. I clarified that Alaskan airlines have lots of seats available for those dates. Then she said she can't do anything to help me since there is no seats available from AA award available map that she is seeing.
What a BUMMER!

Well, from what I understood from the golfingboy that I can make reservations through AA travel agent if i can find award available seats on alaska air site.

Did I not understand properly? Or the agent didn't know the way to make the reservation?
