Yes... You will have to find saver space in order to use your AAdvantage miles...

Go to: Award Search

Put in your origin and ANC as your destination and be sure to check the "My Dates are Flexible" box.... It will show you a calendar of all dates within a given month with the lowest one-way amount that is available for each day...

For coach you want to find the days that have 12.5K or 25K for First Class.
