The HI Continental room we had was was clean and decent, had utility but no appeal and no charm. Too many layers of paint. The Euro modern lobby was busy with business travelers. Seems to be a popular hotel, well-used, showing wear, not upscale. The coffee shop/cafe in the basement is good. Campo Pequeno is a great neighborhood, with the bull ring, the shopping center, lots of local restaurants. The taxi to the Lisbon airport from there would be a short ride and no traffic. Email the hotel if you have any doubts about the early AM pickup...should not be a problem.
