THIS PLACE ROCKS.....

I have a timeshare over on the Sheraton Puerto Vallarta and sometime have stayed on the off weeks in the Sheraton hotel and it is night and day compared to the Westin. No Starwood recognition at the Sheraton - but at the Westin there is a seperate concierge for checkin and assistance. I even received the Platinum Amenity Options when I was there in February.

I also received some free drink coupons and a upgraded room with a Hot tub on the balcony.

Id recommend it!!
