I think you mean the Cafe des Artistes, which is my favorite restaurant in the world. While it is expensive, it is a bargain compared to what the same menu would cost in any North America or European city.

If you're not using points to stay at the Westin Regina, I would recommend trying to stay at the timeshare there, the Club Regina. I am an owner there, and the units there are absolutely fantastic. They include jacuzzis on the balcony overlooking the ocean, though you need a room on at least the fifth floor, I believe, to see the ocean; otherwise, your view is obstructed by all those wonderful palm trees.
