Stayed there last year on top floor. The jacuzzi on patio is very nice. Don't remember seeing the Premier Loung.
Nice property, beautiful pools.

About the food, never had dinner there. Only breakfast. Nice buffet breakfast (typical Mexican resort style).
There are so many nice places for dinner in vallarta. Artist Cafe(something like that name) if you like fancy places. The Kliff (outside the town) has incredible view of the bay.
