Wow, now I'm getting curious. Ocean view premier lounge ? continental breakfast ? and drinks from 5pm? for platinum members?
I specifically inquired about platinum "benefits" after my first night and was told there were NONE. The reason I inquired in the first place was because I've been watching the discussion here and noticed that you must often ASK when staying at certain properties. Maybe somebody has some insight as to why I was "denied" these additional perks.
Inconsistent service is status quo in the hotel and airline industry so I guess I might have been a little apathetic. (In most businesses inconsistency means no customers.)
