Call back, try to get someone not in India. Ask them to refer you to someone in the US, sometimes that works, although I think 1P's usually don't get sent to India.
I still have 1K line until tomorrow (pre-emptive change to 1P heh). I've called like 4-5 people and having trouble getting them to do it, although I was able to grab LAX-HND-BKK with a day in HND, so I might just stick with that instead.
ITM-NRT I'm having trouble though with the 2 month rule for domestic ANA award flights - I thought it was allowed if part of an international itinerary...
