Without wanting to be alarmist, I work in the immigration field and this is exactly the sort of thing that raises red flags about the authenticity of a travel document or visa. Depending on the country and their computer systems, it may simply result in a delay at the border but I would play it safe and contact the embassy or consulate that issued the visa and get them to fix it.
