It is only Asia; TYO, BJS and BKK. It is indeed good and worth waking up for.
The Asia flights also have slippers (recently on request only).
I agree that one should have the choice of a full meal service on the BKK flights. It is such a long flight that you have the time to sleep anyhows. If travelling r/t to BKK you donīt get full service on either the outbound or the homebound which sucks.
