We booked a reservation that included hotel, parking and a shuttle for $130. GoTravel123 immediately charged our credit card $36. We phoned hotel and they said they had "no reservation from gotravel123 but that often happens."

We checked in, showed the hotel our reservation from GoTravel123 and they informed us the reservation had finally come through but it was not for the parking and shuttle service. Besides, the hotel's charge for room, parking and shuttle was $80! GoTravel123 charged us $130!

The hotel was extremely helpful and granted us the package anyway.

Unfortunately, GoTravel123's charge was $50 more than if we had gone directly through the hotel.

What a rip off!
