i cant even figure out what such 'addition' would even have to do with this?

it does sound to me like royal jordanian is being possibly unreasonable by standards of other airlines- possibly- but who would know that in advance???

Maybe BA would have acted similarly- or Delta- or even air egypt- but none of this second-guessing will HELP the person figure out what to do now, nor was any of this REMOTELY predictable- that royal jordanian would act one way and BA, qatar, delta, etc., a predictably different way.

does RJ have a proven history of acting this way that this person should have know about?

we should be punished for trying to earn miles and status now?? time to close this place down! lol

What does "I would suggest that most people pick flights for reasons other than an addiction to AA miles" have to do with anything??
