I haven't stayed at the four points but I'll echo other sentiments on the Crescent. They gave fabulous service and I will return there next time I'm in PHX. I very much like their policy of charging a $5 daily fee that covers everything including phone calls! It makes a welcome change from $1/$2 a call.
